Shipping
AIRY SKN currently ships within the United States only.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–7 business days after
purchase.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after your order has been shipped.
Please note
that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside of AIRY SKN's control.
Shipping Costs
Applicable shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete
your purchase. Shipping rates may vary based on your delivery address and the shipping option selected.
Order Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
AIRY SKN is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at airyskn@gmail.com
We will do our best to assist, whether we refund or change the address before it is shipped. 
Once the order has been shipped, unfortunately the address cannot be changed and the item will be delivered to the address originally inputted. 
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personal care nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
If a package is returned, shipping fee's may be charged to re-ship. 
Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives and you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at airyskn@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Please include:
  •   Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will review your request and determine the appropriate resolution.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been shipped and tracking number is provided, AIRY SKN is not responsible for packages that are lost, misplaced, damaged or stolen after shipped. You will have to contact the shipping carrier. 
All items are carefully packaged and shipped in great condition. 
If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
